Yadda ake lissafta kayan aikin

Don lissafta daModule Gear, kuna buƙatar sanin ko daimadauwari filaka (pp)koFita diamita (dd)daYawan hakora (zz). Da module (mm) Tsarin ƙa'idodin ne wanda ke bayyana girman haƙoran haƙori kuma yana da mahimmanci ga ƙirar kaya. Da ke ƙasa akwai mahimmin tsari da matakai:


 

1. Yin amfani da rami madauwari (pp)

An lasafta shi kai tsaye dagamadauwari filaka(Distance tsakanin hakora na kusa da circle Circle):

m = pπm=πp

Misali:
Idan p = 6.28 mmp= 6.28mm, to:

m = 6.288π≈2 mmm=π6.288 ≈2mm


 

2. Amfani da Fita Pitch (dd) da adadin hakora (zz)

Dangantaka tsakanin faranti, module, da yawan hakora shine:

d = m × zpm = dzd=m×zm=zd

Misali:
Idan kaya yana da z = 30z= 'Ya'yan hakora 30 da kuma filin rami D = 60 mmd= 60mm, to,:

m = 6030 = 2 mmm= 3060 = 2mm


 

3. Yin amfani da diamita na waje (DD)

Don daidaitaccen goron jita, daa waje diamita (DD)(tip-to-tip tip diamita) yana da alaƙa da module da adadin hakora:

D = m (z + 2) ⇒m = DZ + 2D=m(z+2) ⇒m=z+2D

Misali:
Idan D = 64 mmD= 64mm da z = 30z= 30, sannan:

m = 6430 + 2 = 6432 = 2 mmm= 30 + 264 = 3264 = 2mm


 

Bayanan kula

Misali dabi'u: Koyaushe zagaye da ƙididdigar ƙididdigar ƙimar ƙimar ƙimar ƙimar (misali, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2.5, da sauransu) don karfinsu.

Raka'a: An bayyana module amillimita (mm).

Aikace-aikace:

Manyan kayayyaki (mm) = hakora masu ƙarfi don kaya masu nauyi.

Karamin Modules (mm) = Karamin gears don manyan-sauri / low-aikace-aikacen.
